Managing pain and preventing the flu has never been so much fun!
If you believe what you read in the news Fitness is not for the faint of heart. I’ve been making an extra effort to read health and fitness news this week to be sure that I’m bringing you some relevant material. Frankly, it was depressing.
After reading about killer viruses, teenage pregnancy and obesity rates, I thought I might be better off focusing on my alliteration. Today’s Fit Friday is brought to you by the Letter F. And the Number 10.
In the never ending onslaught of information that is telling us to put down our ice cream and potato chips, it was nice to find out that an international past time we all know and love isn’t killing us. In fact, we should be making more of an effort to make sure that we aren’t leaving this out of our regular routine.

I wasn’t really taken by surprise, but I’m not sure I had seen those two before. Both worthwhile objectives if you honestly can’t think of a better reason to have sex.
Either way it certainly is a good reminder. You can be healthier by focusing on something that’s fun. So, turn off the television and climb into bed. If you don’t feel like you have time for a monotonous fitness routine, perhaps you should just focus on taking the time to do something you enjoy.
