I was a total slacker yesterday and missed bringing you Fit Friday. I spent the evening hanging out with friends instead. I wanted to blog this week about involving your dog in your fitness routine. Little did I know what I would find when I started doing my research. If nothing else, the muscles in my sides got a serious workout this morning. With tears of laughter still streaming down my face – I had to share this with you.
If you have a dog, now would be a good time to reassure it that the hysterical laughter wasn’t a cry for help. Maybe next week we will go further into working out with your dog.
